  • Main Dish - variety of menu would be more fun ; please confirm what to bring
  • Dessert - your choice
  • A Bottle of Soft Drinks

  • To BE Assigned - could be " in lieu" of the Main Dish ( or any volunteer please ) - please confirm

We need your generosity - Thank You

  • We need to raise the most , $200 to defray the following expenses :

- $100 for the church

- $100 for letting us use the hall in the basement

  • We hope that $20 per family is a reasonable amount
  • IN's/OUT's of $$ will be accounted for by Edna Echavez
  • 1st Year - 2003 , we had an excess of around $60
  • 2nd Year - 2004 , we had an excess of $65.70
  • For Years 03/04 - we called this " Magic $60"

What to Expect from this Celebration

  • Reconnect each other again
  • Reminisce / Recall / Recollect memories in Carcar
  • Program of Activities is still in the making .. or might be on the spot . Please , we need your suggestions
  • As we are not certain of the number of attendees , we dropped off the budget for " DJ" . Anybody who has a portable Karaoke - that would be very helpful , as the master of ceremonies need to amplify his or her voice
  • We need a volunteer for Master of Ceremonies - please help.
FEEDBACK : On the spot among Emcee nga si Cora Cruz , then si Renee nagdala sa iyang sound system , pero wala lay nanayaw.
